Home visit requests will be assessed and triaged in the same way. Requests for home visits should be made before 11am, where possible
You can also use this service for admin requests such as requesting a Fit note, requesting test results, medication requests and other admin requests such as cancelling an appointment or making a subject access request.
After 6.30pm please call NHS 111 if you need medical help or advice. For serious or life-threatening emergencies, go straight to A&E or call 999
